Asuzu Uche Assumpta is the Head of Operations, Pointone Microfinance Bank Limited. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Banking and Finance from Anambra State University. Asuzu started her banking career with Union Bank Plc in the year 2018. She started as a Customer Service Officer and later transferred to Banking operations department. In the year 2020 she resigned from Union Bank Plc and joined Fina Trust Microfinance Bank limited as operation staff. Due to her exceptional performance, she promoted and was made a branch head of operations. She remained a head of branch operations until June 2024 when she resigned her appointment Fina Trust Microfinance Bank Limited to join Pointone Microfinance Bank Limited as the Head of Operations. A team player with ability to work with others to achieve the results based on organizational goals and objectives. He has attended several professional training and seminars over the years, including but not limited to Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Management, Corporate Culture and Core Values, Ethics in Banking and Fraud Avoidance, Banking Operations and Digital Banking; Credit Administration in MFB; Marketing and Mobilization of Deposit in MFB; Introduction to The Nigerian Financial System; and many others.

Zabayo Ede Stanley is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pointone Microfinance Bank, bringing over 15 years of distinguished experience in microfinance banking, product development, and credit risk management. He assumed this role in January 2025 and has since been instrumental in steering the bank towards innovation, growth, and operational excellence.

As MD/CEO, Zabayo leads the formulation and execution of the bank’s strategic direction, working closely with the senior management team to deliver on corporate objectives. His responsibilities span:

He holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Microfinance Professional of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). His leadership continues to position Pointone Microfinance Bank as a trusted partner for empowering individuals and businesses across Nigeria.

Obaniyi Oluwakemi Deborah holds HND Degree in Accounting from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ojere Abeokuta in 2015. She has over five years’ experience in Money Market & stock Broking (Sub-sector of financial Institution). Knowledgeable in all aspects of financial management. Oluwakemi has proven knowledge in overseeing accounting processes, preparing financial report, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standard. Her experience varies from financial reporting, managing budgeting and relationship management with regulators. Prior to joining Pointone Microfinance Bank Limited, Oluwakemi serves as Acting, Head of Account and Admin in Regency Assets Management Limited where she plays a vital role in the smooth-running accounting operations. Oluwakemi’s dedication makes her a valuable asset to Pointone microfinance Bank Limited management team. Her financial Integrity plays a major role in guiding Pointone microfinance bank Limited towards a sustainable and brighter future.

Odiasе Nosakhare Emmanuel is a seasoned Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management and Audit professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in the banking, microfinance, leasing and financial services sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in internal audit, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management (ERM), corporate governance, financial control, credit administration, fraud investigation and operational risk management.

He currently serves as the Head of Internal Control, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, where he is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring internal control frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening risk management practices, and promoting a sound control culture across the institution. He also oversees compliance with regulatory requirements, including guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other relevant regulatory authorities.

Prior to his current role, Emmanuel served as Regional Auditor at Micro Investment Support Services Limited, a subsidiary of LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited, where he provided regional oversight on internal controls, audit reviews, risk assessments, fraud investigations and operational compliance. He also held various positions within LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited, including Internal Auditor, Internal Control Officer, and Branch Head of operation, gaining extensive experience across finance, operations, credit administration, branch audit, internal control and risk management functions.

Throughout his career, he has successfully conducted departmental audits, branch audits, loan portfolio reviews, compliance monitoring exercises, fraud investigations, control assessments and enterprise risk evaluations. He has contributed significantly to strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency and improving regulatory compliance within the institutions he has served.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Education from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is highly skilled in Internal Audit, Compliance Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Assessment, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Reporting and Internal Control Systems.
Emmanuel is happily married and blessed with three children.

Olanrewaju Ayomide is a skilled Information Technology Officer at Pointone Microfinance Bank, where he plays a vital role in managing the bank’s IT infrastructure, systems support, and digital communication channels. With a background in Software Engineering, he brings strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, network administration, and digital operations. He oversees the bank’s primary broadband infrastructure and manages a high-speed wireless backup connection to ensure consistent and secure network availability. Ayomide also handles a wide range of IT support functions, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across departments. In addition to his core IT responsibilities, he contributes to the bank’s digital visibility through graphic design, and managing social media platforms. He completed his NYSC with Sidamch Technologies as an IT Support Officer, and remains passionate about leveraging technology to enhance banking operations and improve customer engagement.

Moses Onyinyechi Okorji is a seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of experience in the microfinance and financial services sector. As the Head of Credit and Marketing at Pointone Microfinance Bank Ltd, located at 23 Odozi Street, Ojodu, Lagos State, he drives strategic initiatives to enhance credit operations, market growth, and customer engagement.A holder of an HND in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Financial Management, Mr. Okorji is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB). His expertise spans Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Credit Administration, underpinned by a commitment to operational excellence and innovation.Prior to his current role, Mr. Okorji served as Branch Manager at Accion Microfinance Bank, where he significantly improved branch performance and fostered strong client relationships. He also held the position of Quality Assurance Officer at Nampak Nigeria Plc, where he contributed to optimizing operational processes.Passionate about the sustainable growth of the financial services industry, Mr. Okorji combines professionalism with a forward-thinking approach to deliver impactful results. Outside of work, he is a devoted family man, happily married with three children, and an avid enthusiast of Christian music.
